Introduction
This department seeks a new alternative to international peace and development of Korean society by analyzing and criticizing the reality of both international and Korean society, and pursues a discipline that develops theories of international and social sciences that are appropriate for the globalization age through free debate and active research presentation.
Academic Goals
- Cultivate experts on international and domestic politics in the rapidly changing Korean and overseas environments
- Produce professional researchers able to diagnose a wide range of problems in capitalist industrial society, including Korean society
- Cultivate experts in the field of labor policy and social policy in a changing world order, and develop the theoretical capacity to solve the problems of our society and to prepare alternatives
