Introduction
The Division of Advertising, PR and Visual Communication fosters media communication professionals who can work in various fields. Students can major in Advertising & PR or Visual Communication depending on their interests and career paths. Based on solid basic education on the media, advertisement, publicity, and video in the first year, they can receive in-depth education through their major track, Advertising & PR or Visual Communication from the second to fourth year. Advantages of the Division of Advertising, PR and Visual Communication are that they have a balanced curriculum of theory and practice with the latest equipment and training rooms. The Division of Advertising, PR and Visual Communication aims to cultivate talented people who have creative perspectives to understand changes in society and the ability to embody them. To this end, the Division of Advertising, PR and Visual Communication helps students to become experts in the field of Advertising & PR and Visual Communication through field internships, advertising festivals, video production academy, specialist lectures, and major academic societies.

Associations that students operate and act on their own
There are five student research associations actively operating related to Advertising & PR or Visual Communication. About 80 percent of students in our division are participating in activities of research associations, which is the highest participation level among departments or divisions of advertising and public relations in Korea. Through the activities, students develop practical skills by participating in projects such as video production, advertising planning, and presentation competition. Our awards in the Cannes International Festival of Creativity, Busan International Advertising Festival, Korea Public Service Advertising Festival, Cheil Communications, KPR, DaeHong communications contest, etc, are the accomplishments of our associations.
