Introduction
The importance of cultural contents in modern society is increasing. This is because the quality of life through cultural living has become more important as we have passed the time where economic growth had to be the focus. The Division of Humanities Contents aims to cultivate talented people who have both theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to humanities contents in keeping with this trend. To this end, the Division of Humanities Contents aims to cultivate creative and convergent talents that encompass theory and practice, content and form by combining basic humanities such as German Language & Literature, Philosophy, Religious Culture and applied humanities such as Digital Cultural Contents and Visual Culture Studies.
Academic Goals
The Division of Humanities Contents aims to cultivate cultural content creators equipped with an in-depth knowledge system of perspectives and themes in the basic humanities. Specifically, we cultivate practical talents who have the ability to plan and create cultural contents and visual contents based on in-depth insights on theories and subjects of basic humanities such as German Language & Literature, Philosophy, Religious Culture.
Concept of Talent
The 21st century 'New Practical Frontier' is a talent that our division seeks with the ability to create concrete products such as cultural contents and visual contents using knowledge of humanistic perspectives and themes. To this end, we cultivate humanistic perspective, theory exploration capability, cultural contents and visual contents planning and development capability, exploration of domestic and foreign contents infrastructure and analysis ability through the investigation of industry status, contents, and policy criticism ability.
