Design a new society and nurture the talents needed to respond to the needs of the future age
The Graduate School of Social Innovation Business studies the principles of social construction that can enhance the value of publicness and solidarity in our society based on the ecumenical and diaconic sprit, the philosophy of Hanshin University, and based on this, it aims to cultivate a 'cooperative human being' that can develop and implement various innovation programs.
To this end, we develop and implement a social model of cooperation and solidarity based on the context of life and community, seeking values, visions, and alternatives that respect life, peace, and the public to reflect them out into society once again and cultivate the talents necessary for this.
First, it aims to cultivate comprehensive knowledge and ability from various academic perspectives such as economics, business administration, sociology, philosophy, and to develop an innovative perspective and direction about the function and operating condition of social economic organization such as cooperatives, social enterprises and nonprofit organizations (Goals of diversity and innovation)
Second, it aims to cultivate the ability to find and analyse appropriate information to synthesize and present or discuss in oral or written form to help rational decision-making related to the operation of social and economic organizations, as well as the ability to critically analyze peer research or organizational practices (Ability to analyze and synthesize and communicate)
Third, the Graduate School of Social Innovation Business aims to develop 'cooperative leadership' that contributes to enhance the value of publicness and solidarity in our society centering on the value of humanity.
